Introduction

 

Management accounting is dynamic.There are no set rules governing what a management accounting does - the role various depending on the organisation and the industry in which it operates. 

 

관리회계는 아주 다이나믹하다. 관리회계가 뭘하는지 정확히 규정하는 룰은 없다. 이 역할은 기업에따라 그리고 또 어느분야에서 일하는지에 따라 아주 다양하다. 

 

Management accountants add value in any organisation - no matter whether they are working in, for example, the finance department, within a business unit or in a treasury function. 

 

관리회계사들은 어떤 기업에서든 가치를 높이는일을 한다. 예를들어 금융부에서 일하든 재정부에서 일하든.... 

The management accountant's role is to produce information for decision-makers (or stakeholders) that

- Assists them with day-to-day operations

- Enables them to make effective decisions on the future operations or strategic direction of the business

 

관리회계사들의 역할은 의사결정자들이나 이해관계자들이 운영을 하는데 필요한정보나 비즈니스의 전략적인 방향이나 미래의 운영에있어 효율적인 결정을 하는것을 도와주는 정보를 생산하는것이다. 

Management accounting information needs to be relevant, accurate, timely and clear.

이 관리회계의 정보들은 적절해야하고(밀접하게 관련이있어야하고) 정확해야하며 제때 필요한때에에 있어야하고 명확해야한다. 

 

 

An important aspect of the management accountant's role is to communicate effectively with stakeholders in a way that meets their needs (for both financial and non-financial information) 

관리회계사의 중요한점은 이해관계자들과 그들의 요구를 충족하는데에 있어 효과적으로 의사소통을 하는것이다. 

This unit examines the role and purpose of management accounting and treasury functions within an organisation. It illustrates how management accountants needs to work closely with relevant stakehodlers to meet their needs as well as understand and evaludate an organisations's generic startegy. 

이 유닛은 기업에서 관리회계와 재무부의 역할과 목적을 설명하고 어떻게 관리회계사들이 관련된 이해관계자들과 그들의 요구를 맞추기위해 긴밀하게 일을 하는지 또한 기업의 본원적 전략을 평가하는것을 목표로한다. 

Management accountants must undertake their roles ethically. This unit considers the ehtical requirements applicable to CA undertaking the role of a management accountant. 

This unit concludes with an overview of the regulations and codes of professional conduct for the finance industry that CA working in the finance sector must be aware of, and in some instances, comply with. 

기업회계사들은 그들의 포지션,역할을 윤리적으로 착수해야한다. 이 유닛은 CA 가 기업회계사로 일을 하는데있어 해당되는 윤리적 요구들을 소개하고 재무분야에서 CA가 일할때 알아야하거나 지켜야하는 행동강령에대해서도 다룬다.
